All our 116 studios and one or two bedroom apartments are comfortable, spacious, well equipped and modernly furnished. Most of them have been renovated between 2006 and 2009. Facilities in all rooms include twin beds with build-in showers/bathtub, WC, kitchenette with full cooking facilities, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, individually controlled air-conditioning in bedrooms, heating, direct telephone line, satellite TV, safe deposit box and balcony/terrace.

Standard studio room: Facilities in all standard studio rooms include twin beds with build-in showers/bathtub, WC, dining table with 2 chairs, coffee table with an armchair or sofa, kitchenette with full cooking facilities, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, individually controlled air-conditioning, heating, direct telephone line, satellite TV, safe deposit box and balcony/terrace with a table and two chairs. Maximum capacity for these rooms is 3 persons with the third bed being a sofa bed or an extra bed.

Two-bedroom apartments Two-bedroom apartments are comprised of three rooms, two bedrooms with twin beds and a separate living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. These apartments are spacious and larger than the one-bedrooms and are recommended for families with five/six persons. Facilities in all two-bedroom apartments include twin beds in both bedrooms, one bathroom/shower, WC, kitchenette with full cooking facilities, refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, dining table with 6 chairs, a coffee table with one sofas and two armchairs, individually controlled air-conditioning in bedrooms, heating, direct telephone line, satellite TV, safe deposit box and balcony/terrace with a table and chairs. Maximum capacity for these rooms is 6 persons with the fifth and sixth bed being a sofa bed and an extra bed.
